Meet the Nowell...We are Benny, Niki, Max, Zoe, and Pete Nowell. We live our lives loving others, whoever they may be. After almost 9 years in traditional church youth ministry, we felt the pull towards those living on the streets. We started SEVENS 4 years ago with the goal of “loving on” the overlooked of our society. Benny spends most of his time building relationships with the homeless and poor on the streets. He also speaks to churches and youth groups about living a life serving others. Niki is the coordinator for SEVENS. This includes handling all of the logistics for the summer SABBATH groups, Spring Break college groups, interns, and the volunteers who do the Supper on the Pearl meals. We believe in serving as a family, and the kids love doing outreach with us. They have a great time drawing and singing with some our street friends, and often open doors of opportunity as only kids can.
